God and Finances: How to Tithe & Financial Planning

October’s Temple Talk focuses on God and Finances. "Money makes the world go round" or "Money doesn't grow on trees" are just a few of the phrases that showcase how our society thinks about money. Whether you agree with the above statements or not, money is a tool that we use to exchange or access resources, services, or opportunities. Since money is a part of our life, why not learn how to manage it. Financial discipline is a vital skill to have when developing a healthy and happy life. In this month's Temple Talk, we discuss the topic of "God and Finances: How to Tithe & Financial Planning" with Chris Bell, a financial advisor and consultant for a major financial services corporation.  Mr. Bell assists people every day to make more sound and practical choices for both their short and long term goals.

In addition to discussing becoming more financially savvy, we also discuss the role tithing has within the Christian faith and how to become a tither. Tithing in a biblical sense has been taught as a way to show obedience and your faith in God's provision. Listen as we discuss tips and strategies to view, manage, and invest money while still giving God your first tenth.

Listen to this amazing discussion as we explore faith and fashion. Do not forget to comment below.
